ABRASIVE BLASTING

Experts in containment and abrasive blasting with a wide range of media including coal slag, garnet, recycled glass and steel shot. Each media is suited to a specific substrate and desired coating performance.

UHP/WATER BLASTING

Ultra-High Pressure (UHP) Waterjetting or Waterblasting provides distinct advantages over other methods of surface preparation. Environmental concerns are reduced because no dust is created by the water jetting process. NCS uses vacuum recovery UHP equipment including remote controlled blasting robots.

COATING APPLICATION

Ultra high solid coatings are becoming the industry standard for tanks and hull coatings. High solid paints have exacting standards for mixing, application and environmental conditions..
